The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. Please note that local taxes, customs and duties may occur.

All products are Final Sale.

Online Education: All online education provided by Eyes On You Beauty® is non-refundable. This is due to the products offered only being available electronically and therefore once the product is viewed it is considered by Eyes On You Beauty® to be used.

Purchases for digital downloads or viewable videos made at www.EyesOnYouBeauty.com are non-refundable or exchangeable in the event you, the purchaser; a) Received what you paid for but simply changed your mind, found the information (whether for sale or for free) from somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Since the products made available are intangible, we will not accept any request for refunds unless there is an issue sending, receiving or downloading any of our products.

Eyes on You Beauty Keratin Bond, Tape In, I-tip, and Lash Extensions are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained technician will result in improper application and the extensions will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that these products lasts and work properly. Eyes On You Beauty will not protect, return or exchange for issues involving improper application. Eyes on You Beauty will only speak with professionals with valid license for all issues regarding improper placement.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Shipping & Return Policies

Delivery Address

You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present to sign for your order between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left with a neighbour or in another safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.

Delivery Times

Orders made after 12:00pm Eastern Time will be dispatched the next day. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, however this can vary due to stock availability. You’ll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed. We use a ‘next working day’ courier delivery service for all orders dispatched by us. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. Please note: We cannot deliver goods at times of national holidays or at weekends.

Out of Stock

If an item is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ it simply means it is currently out of stock at our distribution centre. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured that we are working behind the scenes to get this item back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock the ‘Add to Cart’ button will re-appear.

Returns

Faulty or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received please inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery at info@eyesonyoubeauty.com. We’ll arrange collection of the goods and send out replacements as soon as possible.
